Parents: Since we last gave an update, Soren has continued to amaze us in more wonderful ways! He is in his second year as a food server at Holly Creek Retirement Community, where one of his grandmas lives. He is also in the EPIC program through Littleton Public Schools where he is pursuing various certificates in the construction world. Due to having both a new income and new skills, he was able to upgrade his RC hobby to buying a real (2005) truck, which he is now learning to fix and upgrade himself.
After trying numerous sports throughout his childhood, he has settled into Heritage High School’s swim team, and he, after starting competitive swimming for the very first time as a Freshman, is anticipating his strongest season yet this Spring as a Junior. And adding to his list of new adventures begun in high school, he has started voice lessons!
Spiritually, we have been blessed to see him deepen in his sincere desire to pursue Jesus for himself. On any given Sunday, he can be seen going back and forth between Wellspring and Wellspring’s Littleton church plant, Trinity Anglican, usually attending both church services and both youth groups, and sometimes even helping to teach Sunday school to younger kids. He loves being challenged to go deeper theologically at Wellspring’s Wednesday night Form Year classes. He is incredibly excited to be heading back to serve at Camp Barnabas for his fourth year this summer! He also finds great strength and encouragement amongst other high school guys in their weekly student-led Bible study on Fridays. He is learning what it means to pursue the Lord personally in his own devotional life, and it is beautiful to see him trying various options for this.
While the jury is still out on whether he will attend college after his senior year or head directly into a trade, we have peace in our hearts knowing that he is learning to listen to the Lord's voice for his future, both for the literal tomorrow as well as for the years to come. We are so grateful to call him our son! ☺️

5th & 6th: All 5th & 6th grader that attend the 9:45am service will head to the Annex building for Sunday School.
We will have adults walk them from the Westibule down Acoma and into the Annex, we will then meet parents at the Westibule entrance for pick up.

900 seconds of donuts!: With construction, 900 seconds of donuts will be canceled. We are currently brainstorming other ways to connect between services. Stay tuned!
